GP medical report

Our team have been trained to administer an excellent service, to help make the reporting process stress-free and convenient for you.

As a Tier 1 Medical Agency registered with Medco, we’re happy to provide you with an initial ‘fixed-cost’ medical report and will do so in a professional and timely manner.

All fixed-cost medical reports are provided by our (Medco accredited) medical experts who are committed to you and aim to get you the report you need in good time.

Additional reports

In some situations, your injuries may go beyond the expertise of a GP. If this is the case, we may recommend a second report is carried out – this is to ensure that you receive an accurate opinion and prognosis for your symptoms.

Secondary reporting

Physiotherapy

Most physiotherapy cases require a triage assessment – essentially, this means that we’re able to assess your injuries before going ahead with any treatment. Our team undergo intensive training so that they’re able to carry out this assessment.

The assessment is carried out via telephone, as this is usually more practical and convenient. During the assessment, we will ask relevant questions to help us gather all information to determine the benefits of you having physiotherapy.

We can guarantee that you will be referred to a trusted physiotherapist located at a clinic within 15 miles of your home. After you have been referred to a therapist, you will be able to communicate with them directly to ensure that your assessment and treatments can begin as quickly as possible.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

We appreciate that accidents can affect people in many ways, possibly leaving you in a state of distress or anxiety. In such cases, we feel that it is important for you to have access to additional resources like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy treatment is effective in providing psychological ‘coding skills’. It is a renowned therapy used to help individuals overcome their fears no matter what that fear may be. In addition to CBT, we can arrange EMDR treatment (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) which provides you with physical coping mechanisms. These have been proven to be beneficial to those suffering from disorders such as anxiety, depression and PTSD which may be experienced following a road traffic accident.
